We’re looking for a Customer Services Representative to join our dedicated team in Shotton, supporting our customers through a period of exciting transformation within the business. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, is comfortable communicating across a variety of levels and platforms, and takes pride in delivering excellent service—even during periods of change. What you will do As a key member of the customer experience team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our customers through clear, timely, and professional communication. You’ll work with internal teams across all levels of the business to ensure that any issues are resolved efficiently. You will: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication via phone, email, and internal systems. Accurately maintain customer orders and records, ensuring the order book is managed in line with business expectations. Respond effectively to customer queries and complaints, identifying the root cause and coordinating internal support to resolve issues. Remain calm under pressure and prioritise workloads during busy or challenging periods. Support the team in adapting to process changes as part of wider business restructuring. Experience using CRM systems is a plus, and a keen eye for detail along with a customer-first mindset will be essential in this role. What you will need To be successful in this role it is highly desirable for you to have at least 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a contact centre, call centre, or fast-paced environment. To be a Customer Service Representatives you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust your tone and approach depending on your audience. It is also desirable for you to have: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Confidence using digital tools and platforms to support customer service delivery (CRM experience is desirable).
