Office Administrator
Intracat is an established and successful commercial catering equipment design and supply business with a key client list including some of the best-known restaurant names on the High Street.
We have an opening within the team at our offices in Sawston Cambridge, for an Office Administrator.

* Salary will be in the range £21,000 to £24,000 p.a dependent on experience.

* Working hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional out-of-hours phone cover
* This is a full-time and permanent position.
The role is centred around a customer focused administration function, including:
* Acting as one of the initial points of contact with clients, both via telephone and email.
* Assisting in our client pre-sales administration processes.
* Processing call data, providing quotations where necessary, placing related supplier orders, raising sales invoices and health & safety related information where applicable.
* Arranging and managing after-sales service attendances.
* Maintaining client records and databases.
Key attributes for the successful applicant will be:
* The ability to process incoming enquiries in a timely manner.
* Good communication skills allied to a clear and logical mind-set.
* A pro-active, customer orientated and focused approach with a “can do” attitude.
* A good team player but someone also comfortable and good at working under their own initiative.
* A reasonable level of competence with standard IT software packages such as MS Word and Excel.
The successful candidate will be part of a small team responsible for the efficient operation of our office administration system.
Experience in a similar role would be helpful however applications will be considered from those at an early stage of their career who demonstrate the required basic skill set and attitude, as full training will be provided
