Role Overview
We are actively seeking a driven and customer-centric Internal Sales Representative to become a valuable addition to our dynamic sales team. As a key player at ETL Systems, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales process, securing customer satisfaction, and actively contributing to surpassing our company's sales targets.

Key Accountabilities
Support the Sales Management Team in building and developing relationships with new and existing accounts and providing excellent customer service. Engage with existing and prospective customers for projects between £100 and £10,000 across all 3 of ETL’s product families. Review and respond to all quotation requests in a timely fashion, ensuring all compliance, legal, certification, and shipping details are complete and accurate. Provide detailed information on lead times and manage order throughput to ensure on-time delivery. Proactively seek new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, conducting research, and following up on leads. Provide additional in-office support to the Sales Management Team during their time out of the office (holidays, exhibitions, customer visits) to ensure continuity of customer service.
Our ideal candidate
The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage and grow relationships with our clients. Their primary role will be assisting with account management to support our growth in specific geographic areas and/or sectors, such as Satcoms, Telecoms, Govt, and Defence.
Previous experience in secured in a sales environment. Experience in dealing with technical enquiries and producing highly accurate documents such as quotations and datasheets. A strong self-starting attitude with a passion for delivering high levels of customer service. Good knowledge of applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Previous experience in the use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) The ability to converse both over email and phone with customers from across the world professionally. The ability to work as part of a team and individually to meet agreed costs and time scales.
Desirables
Knowledge of Satcoms / RF equipment or other electronic equipment (B2B) A bachelor's degree in Electronics, Business, or a related field. A demonstrable commercial background operating across an international landscape.
Location
This role requires on-site working from our modern headquarters outside Hereford. Before applying, please make sure you can commute to Coldwell Radio Station, Madley, Herefordshire, HR2 9NE.
