Join AZAD as a Project Coordinator that supports managers and Project Managers who are assigned to the Project Management Office Telecommunications, Facilities, & Security organization and Project Management Office Substations organization. This position will support project work through the full lifecycle for Substation, Telecommunication, Transmission Lines, Facility and Security type projects that will expand, maintain, and enhance transmission operations.
This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite 1-2 days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position (which includes a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.57) is$29.57 - $35.50 depending on related qualifications and experience and composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or management, organizational development, computer science, or other related technical discipline is preferred.
2. 5 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
3. 7 years of experience is required with a bachelor's degree not in applicable fields.
4. 9 years of experience is required without a degree.
5. Experience should include direct work experience in a project coordination/control capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
6. Must be capable of applying a diversified knowledge of principles and practices in assigned technical areas.
7. Requires a working knowledge of automated data systems.
8. Demonstrated proficiency using MS Project or similar program (i.e. Primavera) to create, analyze, and manipulate project schedules.
9. Demonstrated experience using SharePoint to maintain and create project sites for use and storage of project documents and content.
10. Ability to analyze, understand, and effectively document technical data.
11. Ability to store, manipulate, and organize large numbers of files and folders using Microsoft Windows networks or other document management programs.
12. Valid U.S. Driver's License is required.
13. First Aid/AED/CPR Certification required within 30 days of assignment start. Worker/Employer is responsible for maintaining current certification.
14. Must be able to pass a federal criminal background and drug screening.
