We’re seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth within our Citizen Services division. What You’ll Do
1. Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new opportunities in BPO, managed services, and customer experience.
2. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders, ensuring a customer-first approach.
3. Lead and develop winning bid strategies, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling proposals.
4. Use data and insights to challenge traditional ways of working and enhance our service offerings.
5. Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and handover.
What We’re Looking For:
1. A proven track record in business development, sales, or bid leadership, ideally within BPO, managed services, or customer experience (contact centres).
2. Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach.
3. Strong communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels and drive success.
4. Strong commercial acumen, with experience in developing tailored solutions and closing high-value deals.
5. The ability to challenge and improve processes, ensuring best-in-class customer experience solutions.
6. Natural ability to engage and build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
