You will ensure that our systems are reliable, high-performing, and continuously optimized to meet the dynamic needs of the business. You will drive innovation, monitor system performance, address issues, and enhance technology investments. Through technical expertise, teamwork, and the use of emerging technologies, this role will deliver top-notch solutions that support our strategic objectives and drive business success. What you’ll need: Ability to manage the entire release lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to deployment and post-release support. This includes understanding and executing the processes, tools, and methodologies involved in ensuring seamless and timely software releases. Demonstrate experience in managing the impact of system updates across platforms including experience in rollback strategies, managing failed changes, and working within ITSM frameworks. This should also include experience in prioritising dependencies based on their impact on project timelines, risk, and resource availability to ensure smooth and timely software releases. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with development teams, QA, operations, and stakeholders. This includes providing clear updates, managing risks, and ensuring all teams are aligned for successful releases.
