GMP Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a highly recognisable and hugely successful global provider within manufacturing and engineering. We are recruiting on their behalf for a Service & Parts Coordinator to join their Evesham team, to assist their large customer base on their hydraulically operated products.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm with a Friday finish of 14:30pm, offering a salary up to GBP36,000 pending relevant experience to the industry and role.
Ideal candidates will have:
* Previous Service & Parts experience, ideally within construction, manufacturing or automotive environments.
* Excellent administrative and communication skills.
* A high regard for customer service.
* FLT License (preferred).
Main duties of the Service & Parts Coordinator:
* Processing a high volume of emails, both internally and externally.
* Taking incoming and making outgoing calls.
* Troubleshooting and assisting customer enquiries.
* Scheduling technician appointments and processing job cards.
* KPI reporting of warranty claims with monthly postings.
* Managing parts and components stock portfolio.
* Receiving and processing orders from customers.
Required skills and experience:
* 1 year of Service & Parts experience within the Construction / Agricultural / Automotive Industry (preferred).
* Detail-oriented.
* Hardworking, resilient, and focused with a willingness to succeed.
* Excellent communication skills and a high regard for customer service levels.
* Polite and courteous manner with customers and colleagues.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
* Must own a car and have a full driving licence.
