Opportunity for a a Registered Manager to work on a Permanent Contract, Based across Northamptonshire We're seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Registered Manager to lead our Home in Northampton. Responsibilities
Manage daily operations
Ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
Providing strong leadership and management to a dedicated team of residential support workers.
Developing and implementing individual care plans tailored to the needs of each person.
Creating a positive and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and development
Managing budgets, resources, and ensuring the smooth running
Building strong relationships with external agencies, including social workers, schools, and healthcare professionals.
Leading and managing inspections.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfareQualifications
You hold a relevant Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).The role will be on a Full Time - Permanent Contract
