Global Mobility Compliance Manager - 12 Month FTC

We are a COE Global Mobility & Immigration team supporting assignments and international working in diverse businesses across a number of global locations. We work closely with our stakeholders & our partners across Comcast NBCUniversal and Sky on international working compliance and end to end governance.
What you’ll do:
1. Collaborate with various SMEs and stakeholders to assess compliance risks associated with cross-border workers and business travel.
2. Assist in designing a standalone business traveller policy and process, including tracking, technology solutions, support documentation, and communications.
3. Audit and analyse business travellers, managing compliance risks and completing required actions.
4. Collaborate with Global Mobility Senior Managers to manage risk and compliance for all cross-border workers, ensuring adherence to local legislation and regulations.
5. Support the Head of Global Mobility and Head of International HR with ad hoc projects and the wider HR agenda.
6. Work in partnership with the global mobility operational team to ensure correct reporting, compliance, and efficiencies through effective policy and process design.
What you’ll bring:
1. Ideally tax qualified, with experience in an Expat Tax Consulting firm.
2. Familiarity with business travel immigration requirements and risks.
3. Expertise in business analysis and process mapping end to end.
4. Excellent presentation skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex concepts simply and effectively to senior stakeholders.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business and establish trust.
6. Proactive, problem-solving, creative, and agile, with strong operational, data analysis, and reporting skills.
