Base pay range
I am working with a prestigious global investment firm, operating internationally, with offices in key financial hubs including Hong Kong, Singapore, London, New York, and Miami. Role Highlights:
* Provide critical first-line technical support across all business units globally.
* Lead resolution of complex hardware, software, networking, and telephony issues.
* Actively manage and escalate helpdesk tickets, ensuring efficient global support.
* Partner closely with the firm’s Managed Services Provider and internal technology teams.
* Assist with key processes such as onboarding/offboarding, documentation, and policy management.
Candidate Profile:
* 7+ years of professional IT support or helpdesk experience.
* Minimum of 5 years supporting asset management, hedge fund, or investment banking environments.
* Strong technical skills in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
* Proven experience supporting remote access solutions (Citrix, VPN).
* Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Immediate Objectives:
* Rapid integration through structured knowledge transfer.
* Establish effective partnerships with internal teams and key external vendors.
* Contribute proactively to enhancing IT support practices and documentation.
