Spare Parts/ Stock and Service Administrator
An opportunity has arisen for an IT literate administrator to work in the Stock room for this small but busy Engineering company based in Wellingborough. You will be supporting with Goods in /out, labelling and putting away stock, Spare parts, Website management, marketing, dealing with transport, sales enquires for photographing spare parts and listing them for sales on platforms such as EBAY.

Hours Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.00
Salary 27,000 basic plus 5% Commission on all Spares sales

About you :
You will be a confident administrator happy to work in a Stock room, happy to learn with good IT skills ( MS Office suite/ office 365). Knowledge of website management/ platforms such as EBAY would be most useful., You will be a good communicator and be willing to answer and make calls, deal with queries and be confident using and uploading onto social media platforms. You will have the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines in a busy department.
The main duties of the administrator will be to :
* Label small stock items and put away
* Handle Goods IN and Goods OUT and Dispatch of Spare Parts
* Photographing Spares for the Website
* Assisting with Marketing - assisting in creation of email campaigns
* Upkeep of the showroom ( price tags etc) and stock management
* Pallet and parcel delivery arrangements
* Oder processing
* Picking and packing of the smaller item
* Booking dispatch
* Inventory Management
* Creating quotations
