What the Job Involves The role involves providing out-of-hours support for North Yorkshire Council and the City of York, aimed at safeguarding vulnerable children and adults until the next working day. Operating from County Hall, Northallerton, this role covers various locations across North Yorkshire and York. You will handle urgent and complex cases outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays through a defined shift pattern. This position offers hybrid work arrangements but necessitates travel throughout the region. Hours are flexible, up to full time, with shifts scheduled in advance.
