9am to 6pm, Tuesday to Friday plus 8am to 4pm, Saturday (preferred) OR 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Customer Service Operative specializing in the parcel industry. We expect excellent communication skills with an ability to build customer relationships. About the Customer Service Operator: Customer Service Operative is required to promote good relationships and communications between both our customers and other depots within the APC network. They will provide an after-sales service to customers where necessary and improve and maintain a good knowledge of all services within the marketplace. Customer Service Operative will report to the Customer Service Manager or Depot Principle. Customer Service Operator Skills & Experience: - Previous experience working in the parcel industry would be an advantage - Intermediate or advance Microsoft applications including Word and Excel - Ability to drive continuous improvement adopting best practice - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong and effective communication skills - both verbal and via email - Excellent telephone and people handling skills - Good team player - Ability to take directions readily - Confident and highly polished communication and inter-personal skills - Ability to work alone using own initiative No agencies etc need apply/contact us Only successful applications for interviews will be contacted - please give us a maximum of a couple of weeks to review CVs.
