Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for a B2B Sales Manager to drive growth in new business connections within our target markets. This role is integral to our mission of "connecting rural communities to a world of possibilities" by expanding our reach and ensuring our services meet the needs of businesses in rural Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. You will lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 Sales Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Your hands-on approach to lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals will ensure that we achieve our ambitious growth targets. Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce is essential for accurate reporting and sales modeling.
