Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £35,000 per annum, as well as benefits including 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount, and access to a pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff management and customer service
* Manage stock levels, sales, and inventory control
* Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
