The Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is a key team in the IT function for the IOM based Utmost International business and helps ensure our change portfolio is delivered successfully within governance and to time, cost and quality expectations Ensure the required level of governance and control is applied to the complex project/programmes you are assigned to in alignment with the Programme/Project Management framework. To support the Change team by tracking, chasing, analysing, resourcing and reporting on multiple programmes and projects to ensure effective monitoring and governance of the projects which deliver our strategic priorities. The role will actively engage with programme/project teams and boards on an ongoing basis to collect, collate and analyse the information required by their Programme and Senior Project Managers to effectively manage their programme/projects including work stream reporting. The role will provide key input to the organisational project and programme management workforce planning by managing resource management tools.
