Technical Quality Manager role requires a hybrid approach, working from development sites and national offices, with a focus on delivering high-quality products and services.
As a Technical Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements. You will also be expected to develop and maintain quality management systems, conduct audits and assessments, and provide training and coaching to team members.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing quality management systems and processes
* Conducting audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Providing training and coaching to team members on quality management principles and practices
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements
* Analyzing data and metrics to inform quality management decisions

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (negotiable on experience) plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan and car allowance of £4609 per annum based on mileage.
