Job description Company Accounts Assistant £28,000 to £35,000 pro rata, depending on experience. Our client is an award-winning, world leader in their industry and they are looking for a Company Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our clients business during an exciting period of rapid growth. Role Requirements: Control of Purchase/Sales Ledger, including Multi Currency. Producing BACSs and CHAPs payments on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations - Sterling and Multi Currency. Weekly and Monthly Management Reports, including Cashflows. Environmental reports. General Book-keeping, including CIS and VAT reporting. Month end Journals, including Prepayments and Accruals Monthly payroll 50 Employees. Accounts to Trial Balance stage. Keys Skills Required: Experience with Sage 50 Accounts and Sage Payroll are essential, including project and stock control. Experience of Sage HR would be desirable; however, training can be given. Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel. Good organisational and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Experience and Qualifications: Previous experience within the industry sector is advantageous. Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified by Experience. Benefits: Competitive Salary. Company Pension.
