Are you a great communicator with a fun personality and the ability to connect with young people and staff? Our client is looking for an efficient, hard-working Assistant Caretaker to carry out a full range of maintenance tasks.
Your role will consist of the following:
1. Assist with the management of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
2. Carry out routine maintenance tasks e.g. changing fuses and minor repairs.
3. Ensure the grounds are safe, clean and tidy.
4. Assisting with ‘Goods Inwards’ deliveries.
5. Capture data and CCTV images for security purposes.
Skills required:
1. An affinity with young people and appreciation of the challenges and behaviour associated.
2. Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm and Intruder Alarm systems ideal.
3. Hold a full driving licence.
4. Positive ‘can do attitude’, reliable and punctual.
5. Physical ability to carry out manual handling tasks.
