I am looking for an experienced secretary to join the friendly and highly regarded litigation department of one of the most respected firms in the Coventry / Warwickshire region.
My client is looking for an organised and hard-working secretary to assist the litigation department with an array of administrative tasks including:
1. Audio typing from dictation
2. Case preparation
3. Use of case management system
4. Liaising with clients in person and via phone
5. Ensuring compliance with SRA guidelines
6. General office duties
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to learn from experienced and knowledgeable professionals and develop in a much sought-after area of law.
Previous experience in a litigation team is necessary.
Salary: £23500 - £26500 depending on experience.
