Role Overview
The Student Recruitment Manager Turkey will be focused on recruiting students into all the CGS Colleges, CSVPA, Stafford House, and Stafford House Study Holidays with a focus on sixth form colleges, emphasizing lead conversion through consultative sales via email, calls, video conferences, or face-to-face with students or their parents. They will be directly responsible to the Regional Director/Senior Regional Manager.
You must be located in Turkey, have a good command of English, speak Turkish, and have previous experience in the international education industry.
Responsibilities
1. Achieve individual sales targets encompassing all brands.
2. Achieve KPIs in growing the number of EFL agents delivering academic business.
3. Manage key accounts with agents in the country/region.
4. Communicate market intelligence upward.
5. Keep spend within an agreed regional/country OPEX budget.
6. Train agents, answer questions, and resolve issues with current/potential students.
7. Counsel students and parents.
8. Communicate market intelligence to key stakeholders in the Sales and Marketing teams and Colleges.
9. Travel internationally to attend agent meetings and student-facing events abroad in line with the regional sales and marketing strategy.
10. Support sales and marketing alignment through communication.
Person Specification
1. Located in Turkey.
2. Fluent in English and Turkish.
3. Experience recruiting students for an international school group for secondary education and language schools is an advantage.
4. Able to travel 8-16 weeks per year.
5. Customer service oriented.
6. Strong interest or experience in sales or other customer service sectors.
7. Exceptional communication and consultative sales skills.
8. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex information in a customer-friendly manner.
9. Target-driven, determined, and ambitious.
10. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, punctual, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
11. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
12. Exceptional team player.
13. Pride in delivering work to high standards and ability to set and meet challenging goals.
14. Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
15. Adaptable and versatile.
16. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office software suite, including Excel and Outlook.
17. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing directly with internal and external customers on the phone and in person.
18. Interest in creative arts is desirable.
19. Experience working with CRM systems is desirable.
