What you will be doing
Providing customers with a professional, efficient maintenance and repair service, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
1. To provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
2. To maximise revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
3. Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.
You will ideally have
4. Excellent knowledge of electrical/ mechanical engineering,
5. Good Ricoh product knowledge,
6. Proven fault finding technique,
7. IT literate,
8. Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills,
9. Excellent knowledge of Company Service procedures.
