They are now looking for a Marketing and Communications Officer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Marketing and Communications Officer, you will support the implementation of our client’s Communications Strategy and contribute to one of their campaigns.
Focusing on their operations in the South West and engaging with national and international campaigns, you will collaborate with all departments to ensure their work is communicated clearly, creatively, and with impact.
Specifically, you will support departmental marketing activities and content creation, promote their services and values through social media and digital platforms, and manage website updates and stakeholder engagement.
Additionally, you will:
1. Contribute to the delivery of the marketing strategy and brand positioning
2. Plan and co-ordinate promotional campaigns across social, digital, and print media
3. Manage website content and create regular blog stories using the CMS
4. Produce newsletters using Mailchimp and track performance
5. Design reports and visuals using Canva or InDesign
6. Work with teams to develop case studies and success stories
About You
To be considered as a Marketing and Communications Officer, you will need:
1. Demonstrable experience in marketing, communications, or journalism
2. Experience creating content and copy for social media
3. Confidence using CMS platforms and digital content tools
4. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
5. Confidence using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
6. A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g. Marketing, English, Social Sciences) or equivalent experience
