As KFC’s Insight Manager, you will be driving customer centricity and an understanding of performance in the market. You will be involved in the brand planning process, supporting strategic thinking on how we grow and periodic reporting of the brand. You’ll have one eye on the here and now looking for opportunities to optimise, with the other eye on the future helping us identify the key growth areas. You will be part of the Insight hub within the Strategy & Innovation Team which is a part of the award-winning Marketing team at one of the largest, best-loved brands in the UK. Love data? What you’ll do Analyse and triangulate a brand health and performance data to help business questions and inform business strategy. Support senior Insight managers with brand tracking data, such as YouGov and Savanta, to develop one source of truth about brand performance. You will provide customer understanding and data to support the strategic thinking to evolve the KFC UKI to enable growth. Develop and lead a program of work to enable the business to get closer to the customer and champion the customer voice and realities within the business by identifying risks and opportunities from the customer's perspective. Responsible for leading ad hoc qual and quant projects from start to finish. You will play a key role in the annual brand planning process by translating research data into actionable insights for business strategies. You will answer business questions by synthesising insight from tracking data, ad hoc research and previous insight work. You will do this both independently using your incredible strategic and creative thinking, and via collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll ensure that plans are grounded in solid strategic thinking and are aligned to our long-term objectives. You will create timely reporting which are visually impactful and surfaces relevant, engaging and actionable insights Manage the library of Insight knowledge and help farm this into actionable insights cross-functionally You will manage agency relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the business, including Marketing & Commercial Finance. What we’d love from you EXPERIENCE 5 Experience in Insight teams Experience in brand tracking data such as YouGov, Savanta (or something similar) Experience in leading or being part of ad hoc qual and quant research projects You’ll have experience working with customer insight teams Experience in bringing the customer voice in the business such as customer closeness programs.
