In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our Case Management Competency Centre. What You'll Do: Innovate and Develop: Collaborate with a talented team to design, build, and support cutting-edge solutions on platforms like Verint Assyst (Internal Case Management), Uniform (Enterprise & Planning Case Management), and ArcGIS (Mapping & Visualisation). Qualifications: Educated to SCQF level 8, including HND or SVQ level 4, or equivalent vocational accreditation in computing/systems or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience: Proven experience in mentoring and coordinating work within a team. Experience managing successful IT projects. Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to motivate others, and strong analytical skills. Commitment: Dedicated to maintaining high standards and delivering quality solutions.
