As our Commercial Support Administrator, you will maximise revenue through both selling to our customer base and optimising the sales journey by supporting both the customer and the external sales force with effective process management. What you’ll be doing… Key usage of OneCRM Salesforce system, supporting sales pipeline activity. Direct telephone selling to our customer base, cross selling and up selling. Support the Commercial Team (40 field based staff) so they can spend more time with customers and end users to increase sales. Log, track, measure and follow up on all quotations and increase the win ratio. Action Bespoke Quotes, CSR’s, Claimbacks and Credits in line with organisational objectives. Support our merchant customers ensuring our customer base is stocking correctly and optimising opportunities. Provide support to the Commercial team in terms of preparation and planning for customer meetings, this could involve gathering sales data, product samples, reporting, creating presentations. Conduct weekly Telesales call plans in line with commercial objectives and project priorities. Track Invoices in order to ensure customer payments are made in a timely fashion. Various types of project support. Use initiative to spot opportunities for improvement and take a pro-active approach to all tasks, focusing on the end result. Act as mentor to Commercial Apprentices as and when required. What we’d love for you to have: We are interested in you as a person, your attitude, behaviours, and values.
