Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Looked After Children
Location : Sefton
Working Hours: Hybrid
Rate : £40 per hour
Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Sefton, based within the Looked After Children team.
Responsibilities:
As a LAC Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include working with children and families to achieve desired outcomes, discharging care orders, and attending and participating in strategy meetings. You will conduct Looked After Children reviews, complete care plans, and prepare Child Permanence Reports (CPR). Additionally, you will complete pathway plans, conduct children and family assessments, and engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies.

Qualifications and Experiences :
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess post-qualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
