Role
As the Director of Admissions and Enrolment, you will lead and provide strategic direction to our Pathway Admissions and Enrolment function to ensure that students, agents, and stakeholders are provided with exemplary service. You will lead the Admissions and Enrolments team to success while collaborating closely with our University Partners and College teams.
It is a requirement of this role to maintain a high level of product knowledge relating to all aspects of student education and training, specifically International Education.
Responsibilities
* Lead ongoing relationships with key staff at partner institutions, including collaboration on policies and procedures and developing new proposals.
* Maintain strong collaborative working relationships and open lines of communication with other stakeholders including key University contacts.
* Make high level contributions to the development and local implementation of strategies, frameworks and standards, to drive and strengthen a consistent customer service culture across the Pathway Colleges.
* Lead and provide direction on the continuous improvement of Admissions and Enrolment processes, ensuring any changes to relevant legislation and School and University policies are addressed appropriately.
* Maintain oversight over the Admissions and Enrolment function and ensure compliance with the ESOS Act and National Code, as well as School and University policies and procedures.
* Provide direction to the Admissions and Enrolment teams in line with Pathways strategic direction.
* Provide a high level of service and professionalism when dealing with applicants, agents, staff, University partners and other stakeholders.
Requirements
* 3-5 years' experience within International Education in a management position.
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant area.
* Experience in developing business processes and a strong knowledge of business system processes.
* Strong knowledge of the ESOS Act, National Code, DHA regulations, PRISMS.
* Competence in use of Microsoft Office products.
* Ability to lead and foster creative & initiative teams.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work effectively.
* Excellent communication skills tother with customer service and problem-solving skills.
