A day in the life of
A day in the life of a digital content coordinator is fast-paced and varied. consisting of checking social media channels and email for any new developments or updates, researching industry trends and staying up-to-date with the latest news and developments in their field.
You'll be the main touch point for collating and creating content for various digital platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and the hotel website. This may involve writing blog posts, creating graphics and videos, and managing social media accounts.
This role will see you work closely with the sales and events teams to provide essential administration and communications support, regularly handing customer queries over the phone and through online channels
Overall, a day in the life of a digital content creator is dynamic, challenging, and rewarding, requiring a mix of creativity, first class team work, and technical skills.
What do we need from you?
Ideally, this role requires a degree in Marketing, Events or a related field, along with experience in digital content creation and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, as well as confidence in handling telephone queries and working closely with customers and senior stakeholders.
