ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Resource Operations Analyst on a permanent basis.
This position is responsible for managing and maintaining an accurate view of the resourcing landscape across the CIS Consulting portfolio, by ensuring the accuracy of planning data based on various data sources.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update CIS Consulting resource plan and forecast.
2. Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers to ensure candidate-led demand is captured and tracked in the resource planning forecast.
3. Utilise resource plan in SMO planning meeting to ensure central resource planning is accurate with PSA tooling.
4. Collaborate with SMO Resource Analyst to ensure accurate resource planning within PSA tooling.
5. Make recommendations to optimise resource utilisation and improve the resourcing process.
6. Ability to make initial assessment of skills required to deliver engagements.
7. Assess capacity/demand and identify potential resource options.
8. Update and maintain other elements of resource plan affecting:
1. Forecast utilisation
2. Engagement end date
3. Resource pipeline forecasting with support from Practice Lead(s)
9. Create resourcing and operational reports as required in Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience with Resource planning/analysis.
2. Ensure compliance with the business data protection and information security policies.

4. Foster and promote continuous improvement in systems and processes.
