A leading IT Consultancy is looking to recruit several customer service specialists to support a key end client based in Manchester city centre.
You will:
1. Handle in-bound and out-bound calls, responding to customer complaints
2. Escalate problems to the technical team or Supervisor
3. Update customer information in the company database
4. Provide information about new and existing products and services
5. Track and process new orders and refunds
6. Make sales and process payments, when necessary
7. Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
