Your new role
You will be responsible for developing and administrating talent management processes and initiatives to attract, select, integrate, engage, and retain people within the organisation with the right aptitude and abilities in line with business needs, talent management strategy, industry best practices, and current legislation. This position works 37.5 hours per week and is hybrid, requiring 3 days a week in the office.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent, have talent process experience, and engagement process experience.
What you’ll get in return
You will have a permanent position working for a leading global company and will receive an annual salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.
