What You’ll Do As a Systems Technician, you’ll ensure that our systems run at peak efficiency. You will: Provide Technical Support to our park locations and central office, ensuring seamless system operations Maintain EPOS and Transactional Systems for optimal performance Resolve Second-Line Support Issues, collaborating with external vendors as needed Deploy and Manage Hardware, ensuring smooth transitions for end-users Test and Launch New Software and System Releases, guaranteeing a smooth rollout Maintain Data Security Compliance and assist with internal audits Collaborate with Teams to identify opportunities for improved process and performance. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives on solving problems and supporting others. You’ll have: Proven ability to understand and configure systems Strong problem-solving and prioritisation capabilities Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train end-users effectively Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML, and networking A methodical, process-driven mindset with keen attention to detail Preferred Skills Familiarity with a range of systems (e.g, EPOS, PMS, ERP) would be highly advantageous Understanding of IT and data security Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft 365 Experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar industry Why Choose Haulfryn?
