Location: Denbigh
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: 14.00 Per hour after Probation period, Not contact time all hours paid for
including travel time.

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Community Care
Support Workers to join our team at Accredilink. The successful candidate will be
responsible for assisting individuals in the community with daily living activities, offering both
physical and emotional support. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their
personal goals and maintain their independence in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide personal care and support to individuals, including
assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Support clients with meal
preparation, feeding, and maintaining a balanced diet. Assist clients with mobility and
transferring, ensuring safety at all times. Offer companionship and emotional support,
promoting mental well-being and a sense of community. Help clients with organising. Assist
with medication reminders and ensure proper administration when necessary. Collaborate
with families, healthcare professionals, and other support staff to create and implement
individualised care plans. Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health, behavior, or
well-being to supervisors or appropriate healthcare professionals. Ensure that clients’ rights
are upheld with respect and dignity, providing care in accordance with company policies and
local regulations. Document all care activities and client interactions accurately and in a
timely manner.
Key Requirements: A genuine passion for providing compassionate care and improving the
quality of life for others. Previous experience in a community care, caregiving, or healthcare
setting is preferred but not essential. as a full 2 week paid training package will be provided.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as
part of a team. A positive and patient attitude with the ability to adapt to changing needs. A
valid driver’s licence is required for the role. Commitment to ongoing professional
development and training. Ability to pass background checks and obtain relevant health and
safety certifications.
Desired Qualifications: Care Certificate or equivalent in health and social care (preferred
but not required as this will be provided to all new recruits). First Aid and CPR certification
(preferred) but again will be provided. Experience working with individuals with specific
needs (e.g., elderly, disabled, or those with mental health issues) is advantageous.
