Job Description
What you’ll do as a Food and Beverage Manager…
* Organise daily operations for food and beverage across the Hotel, ensuring excellence in brand standards whilst collaborating with the Kitchen Team to maintain high standards of quality and service.
* Training, coaching and developing the team to deliver the guest and brand promises.
* Recruit, train and manage a high performing food and beverage team, providing ongoing coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Monitor guest feedback and address issues by implementing effective systems to measure and improve guest satisfaction levels.
* Manage revenue forecasts, cost controls and financial performance whilst identifying and implementing strategies for revenue growth to achieve financial targets.

* Proficient in managing stock, order processes, cost control, and budget planning.
* Effective in training, coaching, and developing successful teams and a proven track record of leading highly engaged teams.
* Passionate about Hotels and Restaurants, with extensive experience as a food and beverage manager, particularly in premium leisure and hospitality venues.
