Location: Dartford | Office Based | 5 days a week | 08:45 am - 5:30 pm | Up to £30,000 per annum
Requirements: Must have a driving license

About the role
* Answering phone calls - dealing with tenants and maintenance inquiries
* Managing billing processes
* Preparing documents for tenants moving into properties
* Liaising with property owners, tenants, and contractors
* Handling tenancy agreements
* Issuing quotations, specifications, and variation orders accurately and promptly
* Dealing with queries and scheduling appointments
* Coordinating with supervisors and tradespeople to organize and schedule work
* Updating and modifying information as work progresses
About you
* IT literate
* Must have a driving license
* Excellent customer service skills
* Knowledge of maintenance sector terminology
* Experience in social housing
* Planning experience is desirable but not essential
* Parking availability
