Job Title: English Tutor with SEN Experience

£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide tailored English tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Implement educational strategies to support students in improving their English language skills
* Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with other professionals, such as special education teachers and parents, to create a supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant qualification
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in English or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching English, preferably with SEN students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Knowledge of different learning styles and teaching strategies
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Excellent communication and listening skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
* Experience using technology in teaching and learning
Working Conditions:
This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The tutor will primarily work with students with Special Educational Needs in a supportive educational environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
