The recovery focused approach allows an opportunity to work collaboratively with carers, relatives, and other third-party agencies. In addition, this role will focus on proactively supporting reintegration back into the community, linking with third party services such as housing, drug and alcohol, attending all the necessary reviews and professional meetings as scheduled. Please note this role requires Shift work of day and night shifts covering a 24/7 working week.
