As an IT Network Manager, you will be at the heart of our IT operations, ensuring the smooth running of our network and digital services at Rochdale Sixth Form College. You will be responsible for managing IT systems, implementing security measures, and supporting staff and students with their technology needs. Your expertise will help drive innovation and efficiency across the Trust’s schools and colleges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain the Trust’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based services.
* Lead on cybersecurity measures, ensuring systems are secure and compliant with data protection regulations.
* Support the implementation of new technologies to enhance teaching, learning, and administrative functions.
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert advice to staff and students.
* Oversee IT support services, ensuring a high standard of customer service and quick resolution of IT-related queries.
* Manage IT procurement and asset management, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable IT investments.
