Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire
Salary: £63,927 plus £4,500 car allowance
Holidays: 25 days per annum

Job Summary
The successful candidate will manage commercial Electrical Services projects with a minimum value of £1.5m. Candidates should have a background in Electrical Engineering, ideally with experience in installation projects across Commercial, Industrial, and Public Sector buildings. The role requires both technical and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
Oversee Project Management of Electrical Services contracts from estimate handover to final account settlement.
Procure plant materials and subcontractor packages, ensuring best value.
Manage project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring spend via purchasing software and Excel.
Analyse labour resource needs, manage site visits, and monitor project progress to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
Deliver projects according to contracted targets.
Prepare monthly payment applications and cost variations.
Prepare Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and monitor Health & Safety compliance.
Create work-in-progress reports for directors.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and in-house teams to build and maintain professional relationships.
Attend project meetings and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Assist with tender submissions, collate certifications, and prepare O&M manuals.
Evaluate and respond to client needs.
