Livingston James is delighted to be partnering with Independent Living Fund (ILF) Scotland to appoint their new Transformation Lead.
This is an 18 month fixed term contract, that will play a pivotal role in ILF Scotland’s mission to support independent living for disabled people in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Accountable for the effective project management of the critical development and implementation of a replacement for the existing system (ICI), this role is central to ILF’s digital transformation, supporting their drive towards a fully digital service platform. This role offers significant autonomy in overseeing project delivery, budget control, procurement and compliance, ensuring smooth implementation and effective governance.

You will be able to build productive working relationships in order to collaborate effectively, recognising and supporting the diversity of stakeholders involved.
With experience of being an advocate of change, incorporating the implementation of Business and IT change programmes, you will also be highly competent in managing and completing tasks to pressurised deadlines and prioritising an ever-changing “to-do” list.
The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate a proactive and helpful attitude combined with the ability to build trust with dignity and respect in line with ILF Scotland’s values.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting transformation project which will enable independent living, and shape a new model of public service delivery.
