Customer Services / Sales Support Administrator Location: NG5 - Sherwood, Nottingham Contract: 6-Month Temp Contract Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 Equivalent We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Services / Sales Support Administrator to join our team In this role, you'll deliver high-quality service to our trade channel customers, ensuring order accuracy and managing post-delivery queries effectively. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders accurately, ensuring all are received and delivered right the first time within agreed lead times. Resolve post-delivery queries and claims promptly, adhering to a 10-day resolution timeframe. Maintain 100% accuracy of customer, product, and price data, and ensure all goods dispatched are invoiced correctly. Generate billing documents and support sales administration tasks. Conduct KPI reporting and provide commentary on performance, identifying and escalating any issues or risks. Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Warehouse, Finance, Operations) to enhance service delivery and improve processes. Support the design, testing, and training of process improvements, ensuring knowledge is documented and implemented. Key Skills: Strong customer focus with a commitment to high-quality standards.
