The ideal candidate will be well-organised, have experience delivering work packages on site, and possess excellent technical and construction knowledge.
You will use your experience to prioritise hands-on technical delivery and provide assistance to other team members. Strong communication skills are essential as you will represent the organisation in a leadership role to clients, officials, and consultants.

Associate Architect Position Overview
* Deliver architectural projects through all RIBA stages
* Work on a prestigious project in Manchester City Centre
* Contribute to exciting conservation and historic building projects
* Conduct site visits
* Coordinate design and production of comprehensive design information
* Prepare and produce plans for statutory approvals
* Lead team meetings
* Take charge of a project
Associate Architect Position Requirements
* Minimum 10 years post qualification experience
* Experience in project delivery and management
* Excellent design, technical, and conservation skills and experience
* Strong understanding of UK Building and Planning regulations
* Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
* Demonstrate good client-facing communication skills
* Proficiency in BIM/ Revit an advantage
* Well organised, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to work and projects
* Excellent communication skills
* Leadership experience managing a small to medium-sized team
* Experience taking responsibility for project finances and commercial awareness
Associate Architect Position Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
