Role Details
Regent’s University London is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Lecturer in Operations and Business Management to join our esteemed content area. The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in Operations Management or a closely related field, coupled with a solid track record of real-world business and management experience.
This unique combination of academic achievement and practical business acumen will enable the successful applicant to inspire and educate the next generation of business leaders. Applicants should demonstrate a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the future-facing business landscape, along with a passion for teaching and research that bridges theory and practice.
Our courses (undergraduate and postgraduate) offer students the ability to cover a broad spectrum of businesses and to acquire a global perspective of operations management in a variety of sectors from finance to fashion to hospitality, automotive, retail, and travel.
We are a small team, and there will also be opportunities to influence the course content, improve student learning and experience, and support the Directors of Business, Finance and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to supervise students at doctoral level.
