We are looking for an outstanding HR Administrator to join the remote working team of this global Company. The position is temporary starting ASAP for a minimum of 9 months, with a possible extension.
The position is paying £14.87 per hour based on 37.5 hours per week, equivalent to £29K per annum, plus pension.
The role would ideally suit a CIPD qualified individual who has a good understanding of HR Admin and has carried out duties similar to the ones below, or an experienced HR Administrator with 2 plus years of experience in the position.
The role will entail:
1. Sending out offers of employment including contracts and offers.
2. Updating the HR system with new starters and archiving old employees.
3. Assisting with the booking of training and arranging travel and accommodations.
4. Arranging employees' probation meetings and updating the HR system.
5. Managing employee feedback.
6. Assisting with the wording of advertisements.
7. Sending out rejection emails/invitations to interviews.
This is a full-time, remote working HR Administrator's role!
