SEN Teaching Assistant - The Role
This specialist School are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. For this SEN Teaching Assistant role, the school are looking for someone who has experience working with SEN students and is passionate about supporting students during their academical journey. The school are looking for someone who works well in a team and wants to make a difference throughout the school. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will be based in a KS2/3 class, with pupils working at a lower academic ability. This position is to start ASAP after half term on a full time basis and has the opportunity of becoming permanent.
SEN Teaching Assistant - The School
The school is based in North Tyneside, working across two sites for pupils aged 4-16. The school is a safe, welcoming and nurturing school which provides an inclusive learning environment built on mutual respect and trust. They pride themselves in prioritising students and staff welfare. In the most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was rated Ofsted 'Good' due to the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of leadership and management. The school is a short walk away from multiple bus routes and stations so is easily accessible on public transport!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
