Transactional Finance Manager

Location: Haywards Heath - parking on site, driver required, hybrid working

We are working with a brilliant business based near Haywards Heath who are looking for someone to join them as a Permanent Finance Manager. In this role you will be a key part of the Finance team, managing the transactional Finance processes in the department.
You will be responsible for 3 direct reports, working closely with the Finance Manager to ensure that Accounts Receivable, Payable and Payroll are accurate each month.
Day to day responsibilities may include:
1. Weekly reconciliation of bank accounts
2. Monthly debt reconciliations
3. Overseeing the monthly billing ledger
4. Overseeing the AP processes including signing of weekly pay runs
5. Reviewing the monthly payroll process including sign off
6. Support with the annual budgeting process
7. Cashflow analysis and reporting
8. Support and development of the team
What we are looking for:
1. Prior experience in management of Transactional processes
2. Payroll knowledge
3. At least part ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
4. Experience with supervising a small team
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to produce reports to senior stakeholders
