Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, manage store operations, and maintain high standards of product presentation. You will work closely with other department leaders to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must be over 18 years old and have previous experience in a retail or management environment. You should be able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, and be committed to providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Working Hours: The working hours for this role are 36 hours per week, which includes a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. You will also be required to work overtime during peak periods, such as holidays and special events.
