Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Advisor - International Capital Markets to join our team in London. This role will be instrumental in presenting U.S. commercial real estate investment opportunities, including acquisitions and developments, to European-based investors. The ideal candidate will have a robust network within European family offices, asset managers, and sovereign wealth funds, with a demonstrated ability to raise capital for U.S. real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with CastleSquare’s execution team to market institutional real estate acquisition and development opportunities to European investors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds in Europe with investment interest in U.S. commercial real estate.
* Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights to investors about U.S. real estate market trends and investment opportunities.
* Present investment offerings in a compelling and professional manner, ensuring alignment with investor goals and market dynamics.
* Facilitate the negotiation and structuring of deals between U.S. project sponsors and European investors.
* Stay current on capital markets and cross-border investment trends impacting European investment in U.S. real estate.
Qualifications

* Minimum of 10 years of client-facing capital markets experience, with a strong preference for real estate transactions.
* Proven track record of working directly with institutional investors, including family offices, asset managers, and sovereign wealth funds, particularly those based in Europe.
* Established personal relationships with key stakeholders in Europe’s investment community with a greater emphasis on England, Switzerland, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Belgium.
* Deep understanding of U.S. commercial real estate markets and cross-border investment strategies.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly and effectively.
* Highly motivated, self-directed professional who can work independently and within a team structure.
