New Treetops is a six bedded residential respite unit for Adults with Learning Disabilities and associated complex needs such as Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy and Autism. Hourly rate starting at £12.85 per hour, rising to £13.26 per hour after 2 increments. In addition, Saturday hours are paid at time and a half and Sunday hours at double time. There are currently 2 posts available. 30 Hours per week on a two week rolling rota. Start date on or after 20 th May 2025 and as soon as pre-employment checks are complete. Week 1 Monday 07:00 - 1430 Tuesday 14:30 - 22:00 Wednesday 07:00 - 14:30 Thursday 14:30 - 22:00 Week 2 Monday 14:30 - 22:00 Tuesday 07:00 - 14:30 Wednesday 07:00 - 14:30 Friday 14:30 - 22:00 Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised care based on individual care plans. Ensure compliance with CQC standards and administer prescribed medicines. Facilitate client admissions and discharges. Protect vulnerable service users and liaise with other professionals. Maintain accurate records and promote health and safety. Assist with domestic tasks and kitchen duties. Mentor new staff and contribute to team meetings.
